SatADSL ‘s technical support team is open six days a week from 9am to 8pm and is 100% dedicated to assisting its partners in installation and pointing, as well as resolving transmission issues.

Optional Services

Fair User Policy (FUP) Reset

Once you have reached your monthly volume allocation, you can order a fair user policy (FUP) reset to regain full speed.

Free Zone

As an end user, you are allowed to download and upload as much data as you want between 9pm and 7pm GMT every day. The latter volume will not be accounted for in the monthly allocation.

Business-Critical Applications Prioritisation

Traffic prioritisation consists of tagging a portion of the traffic pertaining to a business critical process, and which must go through the network, regardless of the congestion level or if the monthly volume allocation limit is reached.

VoIP

The VoIP service consists of activating a dedicated real-time channel to enable smooth voice communication over the Internet at anytime.
